Hedonism III is located approximately 60 miles from Montego Bay. Set on 12 acres of landscaped gardens, it is a
playground for single adults and couples 18 yrs. & older.

Hedonism III is an all-inclusive resort, that includes: accommodations, hotel taxes, transfer fees (to and from the airport), meals, beverages, land and water sports (including instructions and equipment), circus workshop, entertainment and with SuperClubs.
Tipping is is not required and simply NOT ALLOWED.

Time: Jamaica falls within the Eastern Time Zone (Time Clock) and does NOT observe
Daylight Savings Time. At times in Jamaica, however, it seems as if we don't observe any time
at all, so for the least amount of stress on your vacation, you may want to think about leaving
your watch behind! At approximately 18 degrees north of the equator, the island falls within the
tropics, and as such does not experience drastic seasonal changes in sunrise and sunset times.
Year round the island averages between 11.5 and 12.5 hours of sunlight per day.

Entry requirements:
US and Canadian citizens must show proof of citizenship. A passport
is required for all US citizens effective on January 1, 2007. Newly married couples might want to carry a copy of their marriage license, in case the names are not the same on all documents.
Info here.

Jamaican money?  If you do not plan to leave the resort, you will not need any money
once you are there. The resort does have vendors that sell tourist items on the pool deck
daily, and they all take US dollars. Be sure to bring lots of small bills with you, as change
sometimes is a problem. If you plan an outside tour, the resort will take a credit card for
the charges, and most of the places you will go to take US dollars or credit cards. If you
need, the resort will help you change your money to $JA .

Departure tax:
Jamaica has a departure tax, payable at the airport on your departure.
It's US$27.00 -- cash only, please! Check with your travel agent as it is now included in
most airline tickets.

Medical Care:
There is a nurses station when you exit the lobby on your right with a
registered nurse that works regular office hours. Should you have a medical emergency,
a qualified medical doctor is on call 24/7. If the doctor is called, there will be a charge
for services.

See the map page for locations.

Water: All drinking water in Jamaica is purified and filtered by the most modern methods. Jamaica has hundreds of
springs and rivers, both above and under ground. The water is safe for you to drink, clean your teeth, bath and wash
clothing in. If you choose not to drink the water, rest assured, there are many brands of Jamaican Spring water that
meet or exceed the highest international standards, available at most shops and restaurants.

Electrical System :
In Jamaica the electricity is 110 volts/50 cycles, and the common household plug is standard.

Temperature: Jamaica's average annual temperature is 80°F / 27°C. The average yearly temperature range is
between 78°F and 85°F .

Illegal Items:  Many visitors to Jamaica have read and heard that drugs are readily available and are legal in Jamaica.
This is not correct! Possession of marijuana (ganja) and other  illegal drugs are against the law in Jamaica, and if you
are caught, you could be jailed. A Jamaican jail is not where you want to spend your vacation, and your countries'
government is helpless in trying to help you.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services: Hedo III offers a laundry and dry cleaning service that will take your items
and return them within 48 hours.  Contact housecleaning for the service.

Churches: Catholic and Episcopalian churches are just a short drive away from the resort.
